FAQs
How do the credits work? Your BOOST membership comes with a set number of credits each month to spend on Nordic Circuit visits. Credits work as hours — 1 credit = 1 hour, so a full 2-hour circuit session uses 2 credits. When you book online, your credits are applied automatically. A fresh batch lands in your account every month on your renewal date — unused credits don’t roll over, so it’s worth using what you’ve got before they reset.
What is the cancellation policy? Because its such a great deal, a 3 month minimum commitment is required. After that you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice before your next renewal.
What if I am away for an extended period? Because spots are limited, this membership doesn’t include a freeze option. If you need to step away, you’re welcome to cancel — just know we can’t hold your spot for you. It’ll go to our waiting list, and you’d need to rejoin from there when you’re ready to come back.
Can I transfer to a friend? Sorry, this offer is no sharesies.
What is a Nordic Circuit visit? The Nordic Circuit includes Finnish sauna, steam room, cold plunge pool, salt lounge, outdoor patios, rinse station, Nordic bucket shower, and lounge. Alternate between hot and cold, then relax and repeat the circuit again. Leisurely move through our Nordic circuit on your own time, at your own pace.
Anything else I should know? Yes! One more surprise benefit of Membership… finding community with others who love sauna and contrast therapy. RITUAL is a welcoming space for all people, and all expressions of gender. Our members are a friendly bunch, range in age from 18 to 80, united by a love of sauna, and thrilled to find a local place to call “home” once a week for their sauna and cold plunge fix.
