Our main attraction! Leisurely move through our Nordic circuit at your own pace. Alternate between hot and cold, then relax and repeat the circuit again. Includes Finnish sauna, steam room, cold plunge pool, salt lounge, outdoor patios, rinse station, Nordic bucket shower plus locker and towel. Most guests complete 3- 4 circuits during a 2 hour booking. See Nordic Circuit service page for more info.

Massage Therapy

Our Registered Massage Therapists deliver a customized session based on a consultation and your health goals. They typically combine elements of Swedish & deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point techniques and acupressure for a therapeutic experience.
SWEDISH MASSAGE 60 min $129 | 90 min $159
Our Spa practitioners (not RMT) use a combination of Swedish massage techniques such as flowing strokes, deep kneading, surface friction and joint movement, to create a deeply relaxing and healing effect.
COMBOS
For optimum results, we recommend beginning your RITUAL experience with the hot-cold-relax Nordic Circuit to warm muscles and relax the mind. Select COMBO in the service menu to pair a one hour Nordic Circuit followed by a massage of your choice.

Private Sauna Suites
If you’re craving a quieter sauna escape, book one of our amazing sauna suites. These private rooms offer a chance to relax and sauna by yourself, as a couple, or with up to 3 friends. Suites are located in the massage zone, with access to a shared indoor lounge and outdoor patio for relaxing between hot and cold.
CEDAR SUITE TRADITIONAL SAUNA
Featuring a large, four-person, two-bench cedar sauna, with a separate soaking tub right beside. 2 hour booking.

BIRCH SUITE INFRAFED SAUNA
Infrared Sauna experience for 1-2 people in a private suite. Includes chromatherapy, bluetooth sound, and a shower for cold blasts to invigorate and detox the system. 1 hour bookings.
1-2 People, $75 per person
