Cedar Suite
Plan a special date night, gather with your besties, or recharge with a relaxing solo escape. Our cedar suite features a large, four-person, two-bench sauna, with a separate cedar soaking tub right beside for cool downs. Move from sauna to tub as often as you like, then relax on the nearby patio. Bathing suits optional in the suite, required in all other areas of the spa.

1. Visit Online Booking and select number of guests at top of page. Confirm you see tabs for each guest before proceeding.
2. Select PRIVATE SAUNAS from side menu
3. Select Cedar Suite Experience for 1-2 or 3-4
4. Hit SAVE and CONTINUE for Guest 1
5. Screen will advance to Guest 2, complete details and select CEDAR SUITE GUEST as service
6. Add details for additional guests and select CEDAR SUITE GUEST as service
7. Once all guest info is entered, the calendar will display to review available dates and times.

Planning Your Visit
RITUAL Nordic Spa services are available to guests 18 years of age and older. This applies to all services, the Nordic Circuit, massage treatments, and private sauna suites.
What to Bring: A swimsuit, a water bottle, perhaps a book or journal. Like the best sauna houses of Finland and Scandinavia, RITUAL is friendly, informal, and unpretentious. Get ready to relax during your visit with us. We provide a place to change, lockers including locks, spa towels, showers, hairdryers, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
In Nordic style the spa is a barefoot experience, but please request sandals if you prefer. Personal footwear is not permitted throughout the spa.
If you would like a robe, you can add one to your booking for a small eco fee, or bring your own. If you forgot your suit (or just looking for a new one!) we have a variety of bathing suits for purchase.
Arrival Time: We recommend arriving up to 15 minutes early to check in. Staff will guide you to the change areas where you can stow your stuff in a secure locker and get changed into your swimsuit and/or robe (request during booking or bring your own). Once ready, staff will guide you to your private sauna suite and give a tour of lounge and patio, providing tips for your 2 hour experience.
After: Our Après-Café is a great place to enjoy a small bite and a cold beverage. Refresh with a Scandinavian-styled snack and a cold juice, or try our own “Cold Plunge Pilsner” on tap (brewed locally by DRIFTWOOD). There is also tea and macarons, local Kombucha, and Italian prosecco on tap! Kippis! (That’s cheers in Finnish).
Parking: Paid on-street parking is available on Johnson Street, or in the lot at Vancouver Street. Bike racks are outside our first gate, bring a lock.
Cancellations: Reservations can be cancelled up to 5pm the day before for a full refund. To cancel, call us at 778-440-9009 or email [email protected]. No-shows or guests with reservations who do not arrive for their circuit, treatment or booking will be charged the full amount of the experience that they booked.
